The Maintenance of DS Series Vertical Hydrapulper

DS series vertical hydrapulper has long helical blade rotor, pulp concentration of up to 14 percent or more, operation can produce a strong bottom-up and top-down plasma flow and the friction between the fibers. How to maintain DS series vertical hydrapulper?
(1) periodic inspection two lubrication of rolling bearings, three filling Ⅱ calcium sodium base greases once replaced once a year. Bearing temperature must not exceed 70 ℃.
(2) Always check and adjust the locking nut filling, to prevent leakage of plasma, fillers badly worn must be replaced.
(3) Depending on the situation, we recommend that a year or so thorough cleansing, check again.
