Structural characteristics of pulp and paper equipment

Pulp and paper equipment ’s structural features:
    ( 1 ) After the opening of the pump structure , maintenance, without dismantling the piping .
   ( 2 ) The pump outlet flange at 1.6MPa pressure design .
   ( 3 ) Three-blade impeller , open impeller , high efficiency and without axial thrust compensation , easy maintenance, low chance of clogging .
    ( 4 ) By the use of oil-lubricated shaft , heavy abrasion , and imported SKF cylindrical roller bearings and radial thrust ball bearing assembly support . Cylindrical roller bearings installed in the pump side , radial thrust ball bearings are mounted on rotating end face .
    ( 5 ) The main pumping shaft seal ring plus single end mechanical seal , packing seal, single-end mechanical seal,tandem mechanical seal , double end mechanical seal , pump mechanical seal ring and the combination of single face seals, dynamic seals total of six type, the user can request and use the actual use conditions .
    ( 6 ) Using the lost wax casting impeller and make balancing check.
    ( 7 ) Materials are cast iron , cast steel, ordinary steel , duplex stainless steel of four.
