D type continuous defibering system

D Type continuous defibering system is mainly used for the defibering of the difficult waste paper materials, like high content of LOCC and AOCCimpurities etc .The system can eliminate the plastic, styrene foam, and other light and heavy impurities in the pulper tank before they not broken or after breaking, cannot go through pulper sieve plate, which hereby reduce the content of impurities in the pulper tank, keep the continuous defibering process, and improve the capacity.

D Type  continuous defibering system is made up of the hydrapulper, Dreg-sinking, impurity separator, rotating screen, roping machine, rope cutting machine and grapple etc.

■ D Type hydrapulper and dreg-sinking is the main body of continuous defibering system.
■ The impurity separator regularly lead out the sundries in pulper.
■ The rotating screen mainly get rid of sludge dewatering cleaned by the impurity separator.
■ The roping machine is used to get rid of large piece of entanglement in the Type D pulper.
■ The rope cutting machine is used for cutting off the entanglement excluded by the roping machine, easy to transport.
■ The grapple is mainly used to get rid of the middle and heavy dregs in dreg sinking.
